Redgum honey is a rich and bold honey variety, sourced from the nectar of the Redgum tree (Eucalyptus camaldulensis), which is native to Australia. Whitegum honey, on the other hand, is a lighter and milder honey variety, sourced from the nectar of the Whitegum tree (Eucalyptus viminalis) also native to Australia.
