Our favorite, simple and delicious smoothie recipe. This banana and honey smoothie would make the perfect recipe for any honey lovers day.
Serves: 1
Time to make: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- Dash of Honey to taste (about 1 -2 tablespoons)
- 1 Banana
- 400ml Milk. We love almond milk, however any milk will work fine
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2 x Dates. These are optional, however we love the caramel flavours it provides
- Half a tray of ice cubes
Method:
Blend it all together and serve immediately
