Banana and Honey Smoothie Recipe

Our favorite, simple and delicious smoothie recipe.  This banana and honey smoothie would make the perfect recipe for any honey lovers day.


Serves: 1

Time to make: 5 minutes


  • Dash of Honey to taste (about 1 -2 tablespoons)
  • 1 Banana
  • 400ml Milk.  We love almond milk, however any milk will work fine
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 2 x Dates.  These are optional, however we love the caramel flavours it provides
  • Half a tray of ice cubes


Blend it all together and serve immediately
