Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.
We ship all orders via Australia Post and offer the following options:
Standard Delivery (Approximately 5 Business Days)

$9.95 — on orders under $100
Express Delivery (Approximately 2–4 Business Days)

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries:
- United States, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Canada, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Italy, Kuwait, Yemen and the UAE.
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
