Honey & Blueberry Overnight Oats


If you are short on time in the mornings, but looking for a delicious, healthy breakfast option, here is one of our favorites; Honey & Blueberry Overnight Oats.  Ensure you use RAW locally sourced honey to ensure you obtain all the healthy benefits.  

Honey and Blueberry Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

Time to prepare: 5 minutes (leave to soak overnight)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup water or milk
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP RAW honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup blue berries

Method

  1. In a jar combine rolled oats, water (or milk), chia seeds, raw honey and cinnamon. Seal and refrigerate overnight
  2. Remove from fridge in the morning, top with blue berries and enjoy!
