Honey and Blueberry Overnight Oats
Serves: 1
Time to prepare: 5 minutes (leave to soak overnight)
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup water or milk
- 2 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP RAW honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup blue berries
Method
- In a jar combine rolled oats, water (or milk), chia seeds, raw honey and cinnamon. Seal and refrigerate overnight
- Remove from fridge in the morning, top with blue berries and enjoy!
