Our current batch of Redgum honey comes from the native forest in Jarrahdale, located about 70kms south of Perth. We extract our honey using a cold extraction method to keep it in its natural state. This sets our honey apart from most shop-bought varieties and also helps you support local small businesses and beekeepers.

The rich and dark coloured Redgum honey boasts a full-bodied fresh fruit flavour with hints of plum. Its golden colour and less sweet taste make it a versatile ingredient that can be used in smoothies, marinades and other recipes.
